The Triangle is a great place to call home and as someone who grew up here, I know that first-hand. My wife, Kelly and I have lived, worked, or studied in Cary, Durham, Apex, Chapel Hill, Morrisville, Fuquay-Varina and Raleigh. I also have the unique combination of having degrees from UNC-Chapel Hill and NC State, in addition to having worked at Duke for seven years (Colloquially known as a ‘Tar Wolf Devil’).

As your Realtor and trusted advisor, I will counsel you in buying, selling, or investing. My approach to real estate may be different than what you are expecting. I use the relational, versus strictly transactional, approach to real estate by taking the time to get to know you—understanding your timeline, hopes, expectations, and even concerns.

I believe doing this helps to ensure you not only achieve the best end result, but that the buying or selling process goes as smoothly as possible. While of course being strictly professional, be warned, I may crack a joke or two. When I’m not busy making your dreams come true, you can find me spending time with my wife and three young children, Teagan, Finn, and Rory. The O’Hare household likes to keep busy, so say hello if you see us at the park, sporting events, shops, or out to eat!
